Eva Longoria Plan To Have No Kids

Eva Longoria says she has no plans to have children. At least not at the moment.

"Not for me, and not for Gabrielle," says Longoria, referring to her character on ABC's "Desperate Housewives."

Longoria flashed her wedding ring and smiled, but gave few details about her life with new husband Tony Parker as she walked the red carpet Wednesday at Vogue magazine's Fashion Mexico event.

The 32-year-old actress said she always tries to support Latin designers.

"My wedding dress was by (Venezuelan) Angel Sanchez, and I try to do my best to wear as many Latino designers as I can," said Longoria, showing off a short, strapless violet dress by Dominican designer Oscar de la Renta.

.... errr.. Maybe she afraid of getting baby by herself. Anyway look at Angelina Jolie, she loves to adopt kids but don't want to be pregnant.

Copperfield Warehouse Raid By FBI

"We're just confirming that investigative activity took place at the warehouse," David Staretz, chief division counsel, for the FBI in Las Vegas. However, the FBI would not explain the reasons for the raid, saying only that the investigation was related to a case in Seattle.

An unidentified woman has made serious sexual assault (rape) allegations against David Copperfield. The magician raped her while she was in the Bahamas as what she told the Seattle Police.

FBI Agent took away a computer hard drive, a digital camera memory chip and $2m (£937,000) in cash while raiding Las Vegas warehouse belonging to magician David Copperfield.

Copperfield's attorney, David Chesnoff, issued a prepared statement saying it was important the allegations be put into perspective.

Anyway, If David Copperfield can mysteriously vanished a Statue of Liberty, I'm sure he can also vanished all the evidence in this particular cases.

Dumbledore Is Gay?

What do you think about Dumbledore? Do you think this mysterious headmaster is a gay? Why on earth he became a gay?

Harry Potter author JK Rowling has revealed that one of her characters, Hogwarts school headmaster Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, is gay. "Dumbledore is gay," she said, adding he was smitten with rival Gellert Grindelwald, who he beat in a battle between good and bad wizards long ago.

"Falling in love can blind us to an extent," she added, saying Dumbledore was "horribly, terribly let down" and his love for Grindelwald was his "great tragedy". Fan sites have long speculated on Dumbledore's sexuality as he was known for having a mysterious, troubled past.

The fifth film adaptation of the series, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix was released this summer. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is due for release late next year.

Lindsay Lohan is out of rehab

Actress Lindsay Lohan has checked out of rehab after two months of treatment, according to reports in the US media. Celebrity magazine People says the 21-year-old has left the exclusive clinic in Utah where she has been staying since August.

In August, Lohan admitted her life had become "unmanageable" because she was "addicted to alcohol and drugs". She entered rehab in the weeks following her arrest for drink-driving in July. The incident came shortly after a separate arrest in May when she lost control of her car and hit a kerb in Beverly Hills, California.

During her stay in rehab, Lohan was pictured bicycling and white water rafting. She was also visited by her father, from whom she has been estranged for several years.

What will future behold for this "problem child"?

Beyonce Sued Cases Continue

A Minnesota woman who sued Beyonce Knowles alleging the singer illegally used her lyrics on the hit song "Baby Boy" took her case to a federal appeals court Wednesday.

Jennifer Armour of Shakopee, Minn., claims Knowles, 26, took the lyrics from her song, "Got a Little Bit of Love for You." Her lawyer argued that the copyright infringement lawsuit dismissed by a Houston judge's summary judgment in favor of Knowles last year should be heard by a jury.

Knowles didn't attend the hearing before a three-judge panel from the New Orleans-based 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which was convening in Lubbock for three days of hearings.

Keith Urban had a bike crash

Latest news, country music singer Keith Urban has crashed his motorcycle on the way to an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting near his home in Sydney, Australia.

The 39-year-old, who was not injured, said he was being followed by a photographer when the accident happened.

The New Zealand-born singer, who grew up in Australia missed the release of his latest album, Love, Pain and the Whole Crazy Thing, and was not present to accept his second male vocalist of the year honour at the Country Music Association Awards.

The singer put his accident down to "one person's desire to do his job and my desire to maintain my privacy."

Aishwarya Rai in Taj Mahal Film

Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai is set to star in a major film about the Taj Mahal, India's famous monument to love. Oscar-winning actor Sir Ben Kingsley, who will also be producing the $30m film, will play Shah Jahan.

Rai, 33, will play the role of Mumtaz Mahal, the favourite wife of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan who built the stunning monument for her. Aishwarya Rai, a former Miss World, is one of Bollywood's top stars and is hugely popular in her native India.

She is now presently filming Pink Panther 2, starring Steve Martin, Andy Garcia, Jean Reno and John Cleese, in Boston.

She has worked in international projects with mixed results. In 2005, she appeared in the British romantic comedy Bride and Prejudice; and she also starred in Provoked, a film based on the autobiography of a victim of domestic abuse, who was convicted of the murder of her husband.

Good to see her in this new movie as she act professionally on others blockbuster film.

Wallace and Gromit back to TV

Wallace and Gromit are to return in a half-hour television adventure - the first since 1995's A Close Shave.

Creator Nick Park said: "The story takes Wallace and Gromit in a direction we haven't seen before - both emotionally and technically." Shooting starts in January at Aardman studios in Bristol.

Trouble at' Mill is a murder mystery that sees Wallace and Gromit running a bakery business - with their house converted into a granary with ovens and robotic kneading arms.

Wow... that's sound good. I really hope that the premiere will be shown in many TV station.

Mick Jagger Vows To Keep Music Rolling

Veteran singer Mick Jagger has vowed he will continue recording and touring with The Rolling Stones.

"I'm sure the Rolling Stones will do more things and more records and more tours. We've got no plans to stop any of that really," the 64-year-old said.

"As far as I'm concerned I'm sure we'll continue," he added. Jagger said he will use his "own judgement" to decide when it is time to stop singing.

"The trouble is, when you get older or you smoke a lot, your voice changes. As a singer, you know you can't go to certain notes. But that is not everything, it's the expression you put into it," he said.

By the way, this popular rock stars earn more than $88m (£43m) between June 2006 and June this year. What a big sums of money.

Spears loses custody of her children

Singer Britney Spears has been ordered to hand over her two young children to her former husband. Los Angeles judge Scott Gordon said Kevin Federline should be given custody of Sean Preston, two, and one-year-old Jayden James, until "further notice".

The problem with Britney Spears is
"habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances, alcohol, nudity and drug use".

A former bodyguard has also spoken out, claiming the singer is a danger to her children.
It is just the latest disaster to have struck the pop star after a string of public spats, paparazzi run-ins and family feuds.

The 25-year-old was also recently charged with hit-and-run after an incident in an LA car park, and dropped by her management company.
